A Great Place To Live, Grow And Enjoy Life!

The Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania offer endless fun and a wide variety of attractions, from adventure to family attractions.

Famous for its resorts, natural  beauty, 150 lakes including Lake Wallenpaupack, quiet towns of Jim Thorpe, Milford, Honesdale and Stroudsburg, the Pocono Mountains is a perfect year-round vacation destination.

Boasting 7 state parks, 72,000 acres of state forests, the 70,000 acre Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, and endless state game lands, the Pocono Mountains region is a great place to live and visit. Combined with its cultural heritage, the region is the favorite four-season playground in the Northeast featuring:

Festivals, fairs and events for all ages

Amazing outdoor recreation

A wide variety of lodging to suit every vacation style
Perfect ambiance for romantic getaways & honeymoons

Unique shops, dining, family attractions & events year-round
Outstanding meeting & conference facilities

Skiing the Poconos:

Every winter, the Pocono Mountains ski areas become the place to be for fun filled days on the snow. Imagine making carved turns on groomed surfaces under a beautiful mountain sky. Experience all of our Pocono ski areas and endless slopes for all abilities...from beginner slopes to expert runs and snowboarding in awesome half pipes. Whether you are into downhill skiing, snowboarding, or snow tubing, you will enjoy the Pocono Mountains and return year after year.

Pocono Golf Courses and Resorts
The Pocono Mountains boasts over 30 Golf Courses in the Northeast region to choose from, and all are only 90 minutes or less from New York City (and easily reached from other areas by the interstates). Since the Pocono Mountains have higher elevations than that of New Jersey or New York, and are further north than many of the courses in Pennsylvania and Virginia, golfers find the climate just another compelling reason to make the Poconos their summer golf destination.

If you want 18 hole/par 72, challenging, championship courses by the notables, Robert Trent Jones, Geoffrey Cornish, A.W. Tillinghast, or Jack Nicklaus, see what we have to offer. But don't be intimidated. Maybe, you'd prefer to play 9-holes/Par 35.

Whether you want challenge or lessons, the event will be thoroughly enjoyed, on meticulously maintained Bent Grass fairways and Island greens. Lush rolling hills, over looking ponds, and fabulous views with blooming bushes and trees to shade you. Most clubs, whether private membership or open to the public, feature practice putting and chipping greens, driving ranges, locker room facilities, golf pro shops, golf club bars and restaurants, golf lessons as well as golf equipment storage and rentals.

Mid-week specials, summer & fall packages, special event packages, and group & corporate packages are all available. May we invite you to try our PGA Championship golf facilities? You won't want to keep it a secret!
