A refreshing addition to any dinner or lunch, this strawberry spring salad is made with the freshest of ingredients and packed with all of the flavors of spring. Tossed with a light Dijon dressing, this is one salad you can’t beat!

Pocono Raceway held its first race in 1968 and it's never looked back. 

Known as the Tricky Triangle for its distinctive 2.5 mile triangular design track, Pocono Raceway hosts two NASCAR Spring Cup Series and ARCA Racing Series each year, as well as NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race.  The INDYCAR series also hosts an annual race at Pocono.  Its location between the New York and Philadelphia metros makes the track strategically important for television and marketing for the racing leagues.

Hardening Off Indoor Grown Plants From Seed

The reason to take the time to harden off seed-grown plants is the same reason you would protect your "winter legs" from getting sunburned at the beginning of the summer.  They have to be acclimated and protected from the stronger UV rays.
