Eric Scott Smaridge: Welcome to the #Relentless CENTURY 21® Team!

Eric Scott Smaridge to our team of REALTORS®! 

Eric Scott Smaridge retired from the Air National Guard with 21 years of service as a Security Forces Supervisor, during this time he lived in Alaska for 15 years working as a correctional officer in a maximum security prison.  Needing a change of pace, Eric relocated to Maryland to attend college and earn his associates degree in Architecture, which he then used to start his own residential design business.  In his spare time, Eric has enjoyed riding motorcycles, sailing and kayaking throughout the Chesapeake Bay waterways.  Eric first came to our little slice of The Poconos by coming to visit family on the lakes and ski hills of the area. He and his wife enjoyed their visits so much they decided to move to Northeastern PA in 2017.  After purchasing their dream home in The Hideout, he felt the next chapter of his life should involve real estate.  He now enjoys using his customer service skills and meeting all kinds of people while assisting them with the process of finding their own dream home in The Poconos!
