Cobbs Lake Preserve

There are 129 residential lots varying in size from about one-third acre to over two acres. A nature lover's paradise you can enjoy hiking trails that weave around the lake.

Cobbs Lake Preserve provides kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat and several fishing boats for member use. The gangway, dock and swim float are also provided for members and guests. A 1920's farmhouse serves as the clubhouse from meetings and is available for member use at no charge.

Across for the clubhouse is a picnic grove with playground, picnic tables and charcoal grills. Three picnics and parties are sponsored by the community each year.

Cobbs Lake Preserve provides road maintenance, garbage compactor and recycling. Twice a year, a large dumpster is provided for non household items.

An abandoned rock quarry serves as a rifle range. Hunting is allowed in areas conforming to Pennsylvania Game Rules.

Cobbs Lake Preserve is served by a Board of Directors and various committees, all volunteers, that conduct the day to day business and long range planning for the community. If a home in a small, quiet, forest community appeals to you, come take a closer look at Cobbs Lake Preserve.
